Born on October 23, 1980, associate professor, master tutor of College of Physical Education in Taiyuan University of Technology.
Mrs.Chang received her bachelor's degree from the School of Physical Education of Shanxi University in 2003 and her master's degree from the Capital Institute of Physical Education in 2008. She was a visiting scholar at Taiwan University in 2016. She was awarded "outstanding instructor" of Shanxi Province in 2011 and "outstanding teacher" of the school in 2013. and was named as a member of the sports history branch of China sports association, and the director of sunshine sports of Taiyuan University of Technology.

Mrs. Chang has Presided over 4 provincial projects such as provincial science and technology department, provincial party committee publicity department and participated in more than 10 provincial-level, department-level and university-level projects. In the past five years, she has published more than 10 papers, including 4 papers included in CSSCI, Peking University, and 10 papers published in provincial journals. Also, she participated in the compilation of the 12th five-year plan undergraduate textbook "contemporary college physical education courses".
